Lift heavy. Fuel right. Repeat.

The Lift Stack pairs two complete 6-week gym programs with the muscle-gain meal plan that feeds the work — because training and nutrition were never meant to be separate purchases.

INSIDE THIS STACK:

  1. Strength — Gym · barbell and machine strength, progressively loaded across 6 weeks
  2. Cardio Build — Gym · the conditioning block that builds your engine without eating your recovery
  3. Muscle Gain — Meal Plan · protein targets, structured days, real portions

With warm-ups, weight-progression rules, soreness guides, and weekly trackers throughout.

Everything here, plus the full nutrition system. The Lift Stack's programs anchor The Strong Body System — same training, expanded into a complete muscle-building nutrition stack.

This planner is the best! I love how it gives the ability and flexibility to keep all my goals, schedules, notes and journaling all in one place! The hyperlinks make it so easy to jump from section to section. The helpful extras from hormones, budget, house stuff, exercise, nutrition, etc. is so helpful to a busy person! I want sure if I would like a digital format at first, now I can’t imagine not having it.
